Keeping accurate time and looking amazing on my wall, this is a great buy for the money.

pros--sleek design and the plastic-glassy finish is nicer than I thought. the pendulum (so far) swings fine and the extra hands are a plus.cons--the hands are quite delicate and must be handled with care --- especially when getting ready to hang. I accidentally bent a couple and panicked but just straigtened them out so that all had proper clearance. Tip--Don't lay this clock down on its face while installing because that's how the dials get bent.

I rate this merchandise as a zero for two reasons. First of all, it was poorly made like a child toy. Second, when I returned it, they claimed to receive a wrong product and asked to resend it again. The merchant said won’t refund until receiving the correct one. They are asking for the impossible task. I only opened the box I received and didn’t like it. I put it back using the same box. So, what can I use to send them. In conclusion, I won’t recommend this product or this merchant for the reason that they are not honest people.

Love the look of this clock. Works perfect. It does not come with a battery though.

While I did not find the directions particularly clear, (they pendulum hook had to be released, and that was not clear), it’s a beautiful clock and I hope it lasts a long time in my office.
