Q: Is there replacement parts? Had the cups for not even a week and the rubber part that goes in before the plastic part broke.

ive messaged them before and they told me they would send replacements and never did. they were in stock. i have all 3 different cups and my son has chewed them all

It’s easy to take out and clean but it’s a pain when you try to put it back. I used it for my daughter milk so I need to clean every parts of it. It’s suck.
