I am renting and the peel and stick tiles will have to be removed when I move out so I need to know if this will ruin the tiles under it?

To be durable enough to withstand foot traffic, FloorPops were designed with a strong adhesive. This means that they are NOT removable in the sense that our peel and stick NuWallpaper™ or wall decals are removable/temporary. They can, however, be removed should you choose to- we recommend using a scraper or an object with a thin, flat surface to wiggle under a seam and pop a corner of the tile up. From there you should be able to peel off the tile with your hands. Please note that as the adhesive is strong, if installed on a painted surface FloorPops™ are likely to lift the paint. It is also possible that some adhesive residue may be left behind when FloorPops™ are removed.

Can you use it an laminate?

We do not reccommend installing FloorPops Peel and Stick Floor Tiles over laminate flooring. For best results, remove existing laminate prior to installing FloorPops.

Can I use this on a painted concrete floor or do i need to remove the paint?

Check the manufacturers website. I don't think the product would adhere properly to painted concrete.

Is this supposed to be thick like normal primer, or thin like water?

It is like like water, you paint it on with a roller. Personally, I don't think it did anything for my floor. I used as directed, it didn't make the tiles adhere well. I ended up using Gorilla Glue spray and that worked perfectly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Used with stick tiles and this adhesive was easy to apply and use. If you get a bit messy, just wash your hands with water real quick and you should be good. I do recommend using gloves though.
