Very bad product
The fold screen is very bad, and suddenly after 10 months get it black. This seller didnt respond to my several requests to activate my warranty even Amazon customer service is the worse in dealing with my issue.

Battery last only 3h
The phone was great but when in full screen mode the battery happened to last only 3h rather than the claimed 8h, which is really to short duration. I don’t know if it is a phone glitch or may be an unlucky purchase, so I ended up returning it

Horrible phone and customer service
Fold screen stopped working 1 hour after unbound. Instead of giving a replacement phone samsung replaced the screen. I month later the fingerprint scanner stopped working. Samsung fixed it. Again won't replace a clearly faulty phone. Now around 7 months later there are black spots on the fold screen and Samsung says that because there is a scratch on the phone the spots are caused by a fall so they won't replace the screen. The spots came up weeks after the fall and even if they happened because of a fall, the phone is so flimsy that it can't take a single fall!Stay away from this product
