The gummies are great. I tend to have alot of trouble falling asleep, but they help me alot. Also the taste is really good and kinda reminds me of swedish fish.

I loved the first batch and after clearing it out, I ordered a second. These really help me sleep and the fact that they taste good is a big bonus. First batch lasted me a few months. They make you feel like you're getting more hours of sleep in even less hours. It's almost as if time slows down. You will feel very well rested.

The gummies taste great but the real issue is getting them to work. I took 2 of them as suggested and they did make me sleepy but I was unable to fully fall asleep. Around 2 hours later I was fully awake and not sleepy at all. So, I popped 2 more gummies… same result. I didn’t get any sleep with these. Maybe it’s just my body type, I don’t know, but they weren’t helpful.
