I was impressed with the packaging – very secure and professional. It arrived in two days and was still cold. I tasted it right out of the package. The first thing that hit me was the wonderful aroma. It had a great texture and taste. I cooked it in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Again the aroma of the wood smoke filled my kitchen. The kielbasa plumped up nicely. I cut it into pieces. All I can say is WOW! This is truly an authentic, great tasting kielbasa.

The product packaging was airtight and it arrived cold. Both family and friends enjoyed cold and hot with some mustard and horseradish. Overall, a good sausage. The diameter is rather small.I prefer Boar’s Head uncured kielbasa, but I can’t find it in stores or online.

Was much better last time this time seemed to be kind of fatty and the casing was tough, wish I can get blue seal Kielbasa from Chicopee provision, but the shipping cost is ridiculous

Extremely pleased with this kielbasa. After having tried a couple of other sources on line over the years for Polish kielbasa, this one is the best. Others had odd taste and another had too much heat. This one is totally authentic. With definitely keep ordering from this company.
