MuddyPond Sorghum syrup is delicious, thick, darker and stronger than honey but not as dark or strong as molasses. It's surprisingly nutritious for a sweetener, and its good in coffee and tea, or hot cereal, on cornbread or buttered biscuits. You can bake with it, even make cake or cookies. The jug is sturdy as well, it came promptly no delay.

Limitless uses in the kitchen
This syrup is unlike anything else you have tried. Comes close in profile to a sophisticated mild molasses and has far more flavor complexity than Golden Syrup or any honey. Not as in your face as Steen’s cane syrup.Limitless uses. Follow your imagination. I use it in preparation of homemade tomato sauce in place of sugar. It adds flavor not just sweetness.

A healthy alternative to other sweeteners
I use this on my cereal and in smoothies because it has a great taste and more vitamins and minerals than maple syrup, honey, or agave. Sorghum syrup is hard to find, so I was glad to come across this source. Hope they keep making it forever!
