Reliable
So far so good! I haven’t had any issues with this powering a bitaxe gamma 601. It provides more than enough power to overclock as well. It stays cool to the touch and I’ve never had it get hot. I’ve been running this bitaxe for roughly a month now nonstop with this power supply.

Not enough power/unstable for WS2812B
Update 10-8-18: Customer service is working with me to resolve and diagnose the issues. Attaching the power to both ends appears to be solving the issue even without a capacitor as I had to use previously to get it partially functional. They have additionally sent me a working replacement of the two I purchased that have had no issues and did not require the power to be attached to both ends.I purchased two sets of these, returned the first one assuming I was just unlucky. The second set was not much better. Using an Arduino and WS2812B LED strips from same seller and I could get at most 1 change in color before they locked up, I assumed software or some other issue, but I had purchased a PS from them a couple of years ago and it worked fine, no problem even when voltage dropped near the end I could rapidly change the colors/brightness.I was able to get around the issue with the use of a capacitor on the newer ones, but I still could not go past about ~120 brightness depending on saturation before it would lock up while the older one (again same model) would do just fine at bright white, nothing else needed. Not sure if I'll settle or return and try a different brand, but after 4 and none working out of the box I would not recommend.

Nice item! easy to use and stable power supply. Great for 5V LED ARGB strings and WLED controller!
Works great!Items I used for testing, that are not included with this power supply:ESP32 WLED Controller:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D1Y311NWARGB LED string:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FFN62QSJ

Barrel Jack worthless above 5 amps - Unit Died prematurely
The barrel jack ( and two wire adapter provided) are not suitable for a 15A rated power supply. Using either of the two connectors produced too much voltage drop. 18AWG output wiring is also insufficient for 15A.Should be 16 or 14awg to reduce the voltage drop caused at 15A.Had the first unit less than 1 year and it died ( no output - led blinking on/off). It was not used very much during that year. I have ordered another because I am in a pinch to get my LED display back up running again. As others have stated do not count on 15A output. I am using at only 5 - 8A and it still died premature.Update:Received a second unit and is working for my application at 5 amps( after cutting off the barrel jack voltage drop is manageable).Supplier has been very good about listening to the barrel jack complaint and mentioned 24 month warranty should this new unit fail premature.

Danger! Failure at 80% load!
Short review: This power supply is dangerous! Not only did it fail to deliver 80% load in optimal conditions, it also got stuck in an overheating fail state for at least an hour! The only good thing I can say is no fires or melting occurred.Long review: I purchased a 5V 10A version to replace a lab power supply for an 8 x 18650 battery tester. The peak current draw of this end device is 8.2 amps, verified on the lab power supply. I set the new power supply on the cold concrete thin side down and started all 8 channels, waiting 10 minutes to make sure nothing heated up excessively. I came back a couple hours later, the tester was cold and powered off and the power supply was painfully hot. Thankfully the batteries and tester were fine, based on the graph data the power supply failed shortly after I left and remained in that fail state for a long time. I'm glad my test setup was in the garage on a cold concrete slab, things could have played out differently if I tried this on carpet.

Works great for my 264 LED project
I own many Alitove products and keep coming back for more. All their products I've received have been flawless and this PSU is no different. I've been putting it under heavy load for a while now and it's working great. Highly recommended.

Failed at 70% load
Today the power supply failed after turning on my lights. As measured with a power meter my system uses 3.5A at full brightness - below the advertised 5A capacity. It might have to do with the instantaneous power draw when turning on. It had sustained my lights at full brightness before. The power supply lasted 3 years before failure with infrequent use.

Works... might be noisy*
The unit I received has a noticeable ringing, whine noise during use* (with a ALITOVE 300 LED WS2812B strip). I knew going in that this 15A PSU could not fully push through 300 LEDs but this whining is noticeable at night while relaxing (I use the strip as a random variable mood light). Seller was contacted but perhaps did not understand my issue and tried to resolve the inability of driving the 300 LED strip.* [UPDATE]: Due to an issue with the LED strip bought with this PSU, ALITOVE quickly replaced both items. The new PSU is DEAD SILENT.NOTE TO BUYERS: ALITOVE is VERY good with their customer service and went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this PSU with one caveat, if your unit whines or rings during use, let ALITOVE know ASAP and they will take care of you.USAGE NOTE: My use case for this PSU is to drive a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VQ0D2TY/ via a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LW1J10W/This strip is 300 LEDs and needs about 18~20 amps to deliver "Full White" at full brightness (and needs power on BOTH ends of the strip). If you purchase the same "package", just be aware of this limitation (a product of 5v IC LEDs). If your use is "mood/party lighting", this setup is wonderful
