This is a great indoor training aid. I wish I could swing my clubs inside but there just not enough room and this makes it easy to practice muscle memory and just simply gets some swings inside on rainy days or between meetings.

This is a good training aid for all level golfers. They can learn the feel of a proper grip and then get visual and feel feedback of the face in the swing. This is best utilized in slow motion.

This is exactly what I have looked for! So easy to use, and whenever I feel I have a problem with my golf swing, I always go back to correcting it using this tool. Now my #1 gilf item at home!

This is a great tool to build strength in my arms as well I work on my swing plane. I also love that it can be used indoors. I have all the gimmicks, but this and the orange stick my two favorites.

Honestly I'm not quite sure what to make of this swing aid. It does seem somewhat effective, but not a game changer. I was looking for something I could swing a bit indoors and this fits the bill although you still need some room. The grip is a training one that puts your hands in the right spot and this is a hefty aid that works your muscles a bit. I do find the shape does help to keep me more on plane and the heavier weight helps with tempo. Plane and tempo are always issues for me so I find this useful. I don't know that this would really help with swing speed, but it does somewhat work your forearms so maybe.
