So, ordered this on seeing so highly rated reviews. Tried it with an expectations ki it will give a good kick throughout my 1.5 hours workout time. 1 scoop in start and 1 scoop for intra workout. But Man, this product hits hard.. was in a different zone throughout the workout nd with no lags and weakness. 1st time in life , I was seeing things in 4k quality. Tried on second day again but with a reduced qty as to manage myself as a normal guy not like a Superman..

So there are four types of pre-workout1. Beginner ( muscle blaze, as it is pre-workout 150-200mg caffeine )2. Intermediate ( C4 any pre-workout having 200-250mg caffeine )3. Advance ( GAT Nitraflex, Mr. Hyde, Insane labs psychotic any pre-workout having 300-400mg caffeine )4. Pro ( pre-workouts having compounds such as DMAA, DMHA which are actually banned in some countries & ephedra like Blood Lock, Mesomorph, Jack 3D )And I have used all of these pre-workout.Usually pre-workouts with high caffeine and these compounds gives you extreme focus and energy levels. You can push yourself like never before, but a common side effect of these previous workout are high blood pressure aggression, and caffeine crash.So about this pre-workout there are two kinds of servings you can consume 15 g or 30 g depending upon your need and requirement. so I am using this pre-workout for last 3 days.Day 1 (push day): pre-workout kicked, but not so hard, which is OK as am not expecting that much from this pre-workout cause am blasting myself with 500mg of caffeine for past 2 months and I’m using one scoop of this pre-workout which is 15 g which contains 212.5mg of caffeine + 150mg of additional caffeine, which comes free with this pre-workout in total I am satisfied with the performance of this pre-workout for the day.Session lasted for 1 hr 30 minsDay 2 (pull day): one scoop of pre-workout +150mg of additional caffeine I did not feel any kicking of the pre-workout it felt like I had nothing my energy levels are very low.
