Gift for grandson
This was a gift for our 8 year old grandson. Grandpa took it apart and they put it back together because he wanted to “build” a pc. It works perfectly for him and he’s very happy!

Great condition for a refurbished unit
Came properly packaged. The computer works pretty well. Only change I made was swapped the 500GB HDD for a 512GB SSD. Other than that, inside was clean and well put. Note, it did come with Windows 10 already installed though not activated, but I reinstalled windows and had my own license key ready anyways. The unit comes with 2x DisplayPort and 1x VGA. Not HDMI, so have the necessary adapters if needed. It does not have Wi-Fi built in, but they did add a USB Wi-fi Dongle in the package, which was nice. Thank you

reliability and value
The computer did not work: could not be started! Disappointed, to say the least!

Don't expect perfection, just be happy when it happens.
This is the 4th computer I have purchased from Amazon, all of them looking and performing like new and after 4 years of everyday use, not a single hiccup in operation. I will be buying 4 more before I am done, and with Amazon's history of prior successes, I will stay with Amazon.

Product was as advertised - Stopped working after 30 days
The product provided was the specifications as the description noted.It is worth noting connecting to a screen requires a VGA as there are no HDMI ports included.Unfortunately, the product stopped working after 30 days.Seller was very helpful in getting me a replacement very quickly.

Great value for a replacement of older OptiPlex 760 PC. Like the small size. Win Pro 10 works great.Only short coming was it came only 8 GB of memory and a RO DVD drive, as described. Not a show stopper...added an extra 8 GB ($ 16) for total of 16GB and replaced DVD with A R/W DVD Drive ($27).Recommend.

Max RAM of 16gb gives me a solid workstation for the next 5 years.
