A great idea to keep your Apple Pencil protected...
I recently got a the new iPad Pro & bought a pencil similar to the Apple Pencil Pendorra - Active Fine Point Precision Stylus Pen Drawing Pencil for iPad, iPhone, Samsung, Windows Tablets, android Device and other Touch Screen Devices-Silver. When I saw this set, I thought it would be a great idea, so I bought it. When it arrived, I immediately put on the cap holder & nib to which has worked out great so far. I don't ever lose the pencil cap when I'm charging the pencil & the nib fits perfectly on the writing tip.The pieces are made of silicone so they slip on quickly; but don't slip off too easily. This is a good thing, if you want to keep the pencil cap nearby. They are cut precisely to fit the Apple Pencil (or in my case, a similar facsimile). Once you slip the cap holder on, it stays in place & doesn't get in the way while the pencil is being used. Also, the nip fits the top of the pencil as well as on the writing tip; & that's where it sits while I'm using the the pencil. Again, it doesn't get in the way or fall off while I'm using the pencil.I like that the product comes in various colors & the purple is a dark color; but still stands out nicely. I think I may the one that glows in the dark since I use my iPad in bed at night with the lights off.I will say that if you have an Pencil case, then this may not work for you. It will definitely not fit in the any of the slim cases for the Apple Pencil since they are designed to hold just the Pencil itself. However, the iPad case I bought iPad Pro 9.7 Case, Poetic QuarterBack [Corner/Bumper Protection][Dual protection] - Stylish PC+TPU Case for iPad Pro 9.7 with Pencil Holder, Compatible w/ Apple Smart Keyboard Green/Gray has a built-in pencil 'clip' attached to one side of the case & this product works great with it.I suppose the only thing I would say is that the nib is a little thicker than I would prefer; but other than that, the product works exactly as described. I will say that I haven't used the lighting cable tether only because the pencil I have uses a micro USB port to charge the pencil. So at the moment, I don't really need it; but I'm sure it will work very well too. I can't say how the durability of the product is, since I just got the product; but I hope it will last as long as the pencil does. :)Definitely would recommend!

Good product. Keeps the charger connector from getting lost
I really bought it for one part, that keeps the little adapter for charging the Apple Pencil from getting lost. I had just been taping it on, but that meant retaking almost every time. The rest of the caps and little ties aren’t as critical. Does what I wanted it to do and it’s cheap.

Much better than nothing - worth money
All in all, his inexpensively solves the primary problem of the charging cap becoming hard to find when you are charging the apple pencil. The short tether doesn't get in the way of anything the way I use/store my devices. It slides up and down so I have to adjust every time I use it. That's ok, although I suspect some people might get a tighter fit than I do. At the other end, the untethered bonus writing tip cover doesn't always form a snug fit for me and comes off in my backpack about 25% of the time when I just pull it out of the pocket. I'll use it until I lose it, I guess. (Not sure if my pencil gets used in a way that makes that bonus unyoked cap necessary. No big deal for me.) BTW - an odd thing I noticed is that on my particular 360x keyboard I can use an unadvertised magnetized spot on above the 1 key to keep the cap from rolling when I'm charging the pencil. If you use that kind of keyboard feature you might not need this product but I still like having it to decrease the chances I lose the charging cap cover. To the manufacturer - can you design the charging connector to fit inside a tethered replacement cap so there is only one thing there to tether/lose and so it is always available? Right now, I have to store that charging cord connector, well, someplace in my backpack, because I use so many different charging cords throughout the day (in truck, office, home). I can't find it as quickly as I'd like. My bad, but that product feature would be great for people with cluttered backpacks who use more than one charging cord for their device.

Must have accessories if you have the Apple Pencil
At first it was almost an impulse buy, but now that I have it, I can't imagine what I would do without it; not only for not misplacing such little pieces, but also for the safety of your pets and small children. I can imagine shiny, white pieces of plastic looking like pretty tasty morsels to them. The pieces feel very smooth and high quality, arrived right away and I hope they will remain nice and white with time.I love the shape of the pencil cap (it prevents it from rolling over), but I would have made it either narrower or shorter. I'm sure they made it big for the added protection, but when you put it on the other end while using the pencil, it feels a tiny bit heavy, It's easily solved by putting it aside, but it defeats the purpose of the product IMO, since the whole point is to keep everything together. It's not a deal breaker in the least, because it's easily tp solve. Since the Apple Pencil is so nicely balanced, I felt I had to mention that. The other piece that goes on the pencil is not noticeable at all.Last but not least: am I the only one that feels I'm going to break the pencil, when I have to put it on the iPad's lightning port?I'm so happy the pencil comes with the adapter for the charger and we don't have to do this often. Imagine losing the adapter and having the pencil sticking out of your iPad?? I don't think they would last too long. Another reason to love the little Fintie "handcuffs".
