it really works over 84 i been taking olive 20 years or more no colds flue .i don't see doctors . eye sight is one teeth is two feet are three, you walk on them dr. are pa they practice and load you with chemicals which do you more harm. Eat good food drink water ,not pop and leave that tasty garbage food alone.

The product is great works as intended but unfortunately the product packaging… If that’s what I should call it, the last two purchases I had the same problem with 2 or more pills emptied out and causing a mess inside the bottle. So I was out 2 doses plus a mess on my hands everytime I reach in for a pill. Unless they find a way to keep the pills from bursting open before I even open the package I might be looking into a different brand.

Two years ago I went into a clinic (Patient first) for a physical and PPD (TB skin test) for my nursing school program. Before I saw the MD the nurse took my blood pressure and told me I was pre-hypertensive. My BP was 145 (systolic) I can't remember the diastolic number. Almost nine months ago I went back to the same clinic because I needed a clearance to return back to work after getting sick with covid. The nurse checked my BP again and asked if I was on any blood pressure medication she said my BP was 154 (systolic). Two weeks ago, I started taking these pills and today (09/16/2022) I went to a physical for a new healthcare job I will be starting in a few days. The in house doctor took my blood pressure and it was 134/90. When he said 134 (systolic) I was SURPRISED!!!!!!!!!!!! I was expecting him to tell me my BP was high and that I should be on hypertensive medication. My systolic dropped 20 "points" and this is the ONLY thing I am taking. I did not change my diet at all and I have not exercise ( I know I need to) however, everything in my life remained the same except I was taking these pills. I will be honest I stop taking them for about six days because I already started getting "pill fatigued." I getting tired of taking pills everyday so for the past six days I took NOTHING but now I see they actually work and I I went back to taking my three pills daily TONIGHT. I will be getting another bottle after this one runs out. Hypertension and diabetes runs in my family. This also helps with lowering your blood sugar by helping the pancreas produce insulin.

I’m sure this product is good for those in need of an Olive Leaf supplement. I started taking this for better control of chronic EBV - not for blood pressure or anything else. I am in my younger 20s with a 120/80 bp. However, throughout the day after taking this supplement, my heart hurts. One review said that this pain went away after the first day, but mine did not after five. I stopped yesterday and am starting to feel better already. Again, I’m sure it’s not the brand in itself, but merely the olive leaf just not being for me!
