Idk about the actual health benefits of it, all I know is that it smells amazing and makes me feel good. Some people say the smell is an acquired taste, but I’ve liked it since I first tried this stuff years ago. It arrived at the perfect time too. I was just diagnosed with strep and got home to find it had been delivered. It’s in the essential oil diffuser right now :)

I love this stuff when I am stick or wheezing. I have an asthma and I am prone to chest colds. RC mixed with Vicks is my go to!! I will also diffuse this stuff too. Even if you are well, this blend smells pretty amazing. The sent smells like a forest of pine trees but the pine needles aren’t pine. Instead the pine trees are made up of different kinds of eucalyptus, mint and some kind of citrus fruit. That’s the best I can describe it 😅

R.C. is amazing! We purchased it to see if it may help our child that has asthma and allergies. Life seemed to be a constant routine of steroid inhalants, cough drops and cough syrup to get him through the school day and with a good nights rest for our 5year old. In my opinion, way to many medications for a little one. We were hesitant to use it but, just a day after receiving it, I ended up coming down with an upper respiratory infection. After two day and it getting worse, I mixed R.C. with olive oil and applied on the chest. There was a huge difference overnight and within two days, I was back to normal. My husband the skeptic then used it for a cold that was never ending even after prescribed medications and within a day, huge improvement. From there we tested it on our son. Cut the duration of his cough and cold by more than half for that instance and then a month later he started coughing in the middle of the night. Instead of cough syrup, mixed up RC and olive oil and applied to the bottom of feet and chest. Within ten minutes the coughing stopped and it was only two days before he recovered without any inhalants. This mama is very happy with this product!
