i`ve read "the way " three times and every time i read it, i feel as though i`ve connected with a part of me that was always there but i didn`t recognize, an excellent book that i feel has helped to transform me in to a better person through a clearly explained understanding of kabbalistic wisdom . i would recommend this book and give it a five star rating.... michael berg`s best book so far

Its easy to throw words like Kaballah and cult around. Its easy to deceive people with lies. Mainstream Christianity has done exactly that for 18 centuries. The fact is Jesus knew the Kaballah. The Kaballah was given by God to Abraham, and it was passed on the Moses, David, Solomon, the Hebrew High Priests, all the Old Testament prophets and eventually Jesus.The Catholics and Nicene Council branded this sacred knowedge as the occult and we were forbidden to study it. So thanks to them we were dumped in a spiritual wilderness for the last 17 centuries.It is time to return to the words of Jesus/Yeshua, who said : My sheep hear my voice, believe my words, and follow me.If this stuff was good enough for Jesus, the Old Testament prophets and High Priests, then its good enough for me.If you want to brand this as a cult or occultic, then perhaps Jesus had a cult following. I am sure the Pharicees of his day also called his follwers a cult. Then this Way must have had validity and I believe it is worth exploring its truths and meditations.The Kaballah (which means: To Receive) also reveals the Tree of Life which is mentioned in Genesis, in Revelation and in numerous references in the Old Testament, which brings me to question the lack thereof in the New Testament. I believe that these references were edited out by the Nicene Council.The Tree of Life will have a very significant place and prophetic purpose in spirituality in the centuries to come, according to the Book of Revelation. So I would definately tuck in and begin to study the Kaballah and learn all the aspects of the Tree of Life. It holds the Key that will transform our lives and our World in the future.

I bought the book, feeling excited after reading Yehudah Berg's book " The power of the kabbalah" which I THOUGHT EXCELLENT.This book started off well. Then it might just have been a propaganda for Judaism. I was TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. KABBALAH IS SUPPOSED TO BE ABOVE RELIGIONS! But this author makes it a supposition that Kabbalah and Judaism are the same. Perhaps the brothers should get together and get their story straight.

Most people who are involved in Kabbalah are "blinded" by their spirituality and their focus on spiritual growth. They mean well, but the Berg's Kabbalah organization is very much a cult. Yes. A cult.The sad thing is that most people involved in Kabbalah don't even know they are in a cult (but isn't that the nature of a cult anyway?), that is until they've spent several thousand dollars or so on their kabbalistic spiritual growth (e.g., taking kabbalah classes, buying expensive kabbalah jewelry and the red string, purchasing kabbalah books, etc.).In other words, Kabbalah is basically a very successful and systematic money making machine.And according to the Berg's Kabbalah organization, this is quite alright. Making money is certainly acceptable, especially when the money is spent on spiritual growth. Yes, the logic makes sense, but when you no longer have money to spend on Kabbalah and are unwilling to work -- basically for free -- then Kabbalah has no time for you. You are treated differently.In other words, you need money to practice Kabbalah.Kabbalah also works on the egos of people. Especially celebrities. Because everyone basically wants to feel special. Particularly if you are seeking spiritual answers. Spiritual people simply want to feel spiritually special. And Kabbalah will do this as long as you have the money to support Kabbalah.But it's only a matter of time before this organization loses its luster. People can only be fooled for so long. Even with the best of intentions.
