1080P HD Smoke Detector WiFi Spy Camera P2P Wi-Fi Fire Alarm Hidden Nanny Cam Spy Camera, Ceiling Mount, 110V AC Connector (9120 Model)

I purchased this in late November and installed early December 2022. The camera had to be reconnected to the network twice over the past four months, and on March 15, 2023 the unit went offline again. After checking power connections, etc... the unit is completely dead. Also, Amazon does not allow the microphone to be installed on these units, which was not made clear in the description. The app is user friendly and the picture quality was good when it worked.

I had a little difficulty connecting this device, but customer service was great and helped me right away. The picture is clear and the alarm works great. SD card playbacks are smooth. No complaints. Would recommend.

Had produced for months tried to set very difficult it wouldn't pair with me phone. I called the company for help, they maybe you have an old phone, nope. I had the Galaxy Ultra 22. They was no help. Its basically for me a waste of money.

Worked for a few days great and now keeps going offline after I reset it. For the price it’s very discouraging.

Product will not stay connected, any time I need to check the device, it says off line, and when I get home, I have to uninstall and re install the device..Worst nanny cam ever, don’t waste your money buying

Quality of the video is not good, and app is not user friendly.

Setup was fairly simple. The daytime view is decent. Camera angle could be a bit wider but it’s not too bad. Night vision is a black screen! See photo. The audio doesn’t work at all. Thought this might be a decent product but will be retuning it and looking for something with night vision.

Unit installed very easily into existing smoke detector placement. Instructions for setting up this camera were a little confusing. It comes with a small instruction card and then another larger set of instructions..USE THE LARGER SHEET! Could not get the camera to stay online so after 2 hours finally called tech support. Apparently if you have any special characters in your wifi password, this unit will not accept that wifi. I had to actually change my main wifi password to get this unit set up. Other than that, seems to work well.
