Hooks have performed well but I have had to use a rubber hammer to get them in. Sticky pads helped when they stuck which was about half the time, depending on the surface

I am a fairly handy single woman. I actually found these at my bulk-buy store but needed more so ordered these from Amazon. The package is modern and has a URL for simple video instructions. Alone in a new home, I hung several heavy items on drywall with these. It was super easy and impossible to screw up.A few tips if you use these:•Make yourself level with the hanger. If you have to hang something higher than shoulder-height, use a step-ladder or chair so you can push in the hanger with your core strength.•The push-in areas on the smaller-weight metal hangers were too small for my fingers and it was a little painful to press in, so I padded my fingers with a towel.I haven't seen these advertised anywhere, but I am writing ad copy in my head for 3M to use on a dating app ;) JK, but seriously 3M call me.

Love these picture hangers - so easy to install - says you can push into wall with your thumbs but my hands are weak with arthritis so a few taps with a hammer does the trick. They are very secure once installed and the two small holes in the wall cause minimal damage.

Writing a review after using these claws for one year to hold up a mirror. I'm a renter, and I wanted to hang up a heavy wooden mirror (real, solid wood, a few feet measured diagonally). I used two of the 25lb claws to hang the mirror - this part required a bit of assistance, just to make sure everything was even on the wall. Today, I removed the claws by myself. While the instructions say you need a flat head screwdriver, anything firm will work, and I used a flat part of a nail clipper! Left behind are just tiny pinprick holes. Super easy to use, and I'll be using these as long as I rent!
