Good for stretching, not tricep dips
I like this for stretching, but doing tricep dips in itself is not the greatest type of exercise to do (ask any physical therapist). But very sturdy and folds up nicely.

So fun! Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
I have been looking for some exercise that I can actually enjoy and look forward to doing. I enjoy yoga but feel like a brick when I'm sitting on the floor, trying to stretch. I avoid sports that I once loved (like skating and skiing and volleyball) because I avoid anything that could cause me to land on and injure my hands and wrists... as they're my livelihood. I ordered the Sisyama headstand chair after I doing a lot of research before deciding on the one that would work best for me and my needs. Omg, it is so fun! I was immediately able to go into a headstand on it. I thought maybe it was just that easy, but my kids haven't been able to figure it out yet, so I believe it's one of those riding a bike muscle memory things. Being on it reminds me of mastering head and handstands as a kid... along with back bends, back walk overs and all sorts of things I LOVED working at. While inverted, I am able to stretch my body in ways I can't otherwise. My back is able to flex deeper when I'm upside down and there is no pressure on my neck, because the weight of my body rests on my shoulders. This chair offers so many options for stretching all my parts, in ways I couldn't otherwise. It's not just for upside down stuff either (though I find that part the most exhilarating and enjoyable). It even gives me a boost of energy, first thing in the morning, to stand on my head. Anyway, my new year started a couple of weeks early and the water is fine. I hope you all enjoy 2021 as much as I am 🤣Happy New Year!! 🎉

Safe and solid
I do yoga, and I also have a neck issue (my chiropractor insists there's a solid connection). I still do yoga, but I've given up, utterly, things that compress my neck like headstands. However, I missed getting upside down--there's just something incredibly soothing about being in that upside down position.I hesitated for MONTHS before pulling the trigger on buying this product--I was resistant because yikes, it's a lot of money! It is the best money I've spent on my yoga practice (outside my high quality mat). It's incredibly sturdy, the cushioning protects the shoulders. I don't feel any discomfort even from holding the pose for several minutes. The base is solid--no wobbling against the floor. The handgrips are a great idea, giving even beginning headstanders a solid base to work from--a square base with your hands and shoulder points.I don't use it for any other pose, despite the handy manual's suggestions (I should try the backbend, I think) but just for headstands alone, this is worth the price. I've used it daily for months and even with my cats borrowing it as a handy lounge, it still looks brand new. Seriously, if you're hesitating, but you want your safe headstands back, get this!

Worth the price!!
Last month I started looking for an Inversion chair. I chose the Evolution Health USA chair ($85.00) based on the reviews and price. The assembly instructions and a few exercises were on the back of the middle cushion (very small and very hard to see). It was very uncomfortable chair and it was wobbly. There were no handles so you had to hold onto the frame which did not help at all. Also, the open area your head would go was extremely small so it was impossible to do some of the exercises if you had thighs that were larger than a 9 yr old kid.The SISYAMA bench came already assembled (yeah). When closed it is very slim and easy to store. Plus the velcro strap ensures it doesn't open up. I am 5-5 1/2 and the handles were perfectly placed. So that I could hold them in any position. They provided a pamphlet with some exercises (double yea).Although it is more expensive, it is worth the price.

Great for having babies and probably headstands, too!
I use it as a birth stool and have caught quite a few babies on it! Of the several models of headstand stool I use for this purpose, this is by far my favorite. It is reletivly light-weight and easy to carry around. It is mostly easy to set up and take down - you just uncollapse it and slide one set of pegs which are on either side of he seat into one set of slots which are on the handle - and has a great strap to keep everything together. I have done a headstand on it (I know I'm old and fluffy now, but I used to be a gymnast!) and it is very supportive, so my guess is it would be equally adequate for it's intended use! For future models I would love to see a locking mechanism so when I move it around it doesn't try to come apart, but I would buy this again (and will) if I need a new one.
