The same company makes different adaptors so I switched that out so that my punching bag can be higher up but man I am so happy I found this. Great for hanging a swing
I needed a away to hang a childs tent swing in my basement and this worked great. I added a heavy spring to reduce shock and I check the fasteners regularly. After a month of use, it is holding up well. I added just a little oil on the swivel to reduce some sweakiness in the beginning.
