Q: What is diameter of charging pad?

The diameter is 3 1/2 inches around this is a great product I put it on my desk next to my computer, so I can always charge has I work

Qi ID is a wireless charging format only. If you are looking for Nanami, I think that is just about all they do (not sure).

Q: I have an iphone 12 and have been using this charger since may 1st. it says it's charging but my charge never actually increases. what do i do??

I found the the phone must lay on the charging disk in a correct position. I adjust the location up and down until the phone says it is charging. However, if the phone says it is charging but the battery charge never increases then something is more likely to be wrong with the phone.
