Working fine with me so far.

I am using Samsung top loading washing machine from past 10 years and did not face any issues. But this time I bought 12.5 kg top load and not happy with it and it was not spinning properly after each cycle and at water level 4 and 5 machine was displaying error, all water draining out and we need to start full cycle and again same error comes. Really tired of this issue.

This machine does fine with small loads, but with medium or large loads (i.e. a blanket), it gives the 4C error, which is that there is no water in the tank. The water flows from the top and gets absorbed by the clothes, and therefore the water doesn't reach the bottom of the tank, triggering the 4C error. It is hard to believe that this machine is being sold with this terrible design flaw.
