Good replacements for my legacy Infinity system.
I used these speakers to replace some factory blowned powered woofers on a 1997 Dodge Ram premium Infinity sound system. The first thing I did was confirm that the problem was the drivers and not the attached amplifiers. Then I transferred the amplifiers from the O.E.M woofers to the Magnadyne woofers. I then ran a bead of RTV (just like the original woofers) around the edge of the basket to seal the speakers to the door. The final result was excellent. I forgot how good my system could sound. The fit was perfect, no drilling or modifications were necessary.

Give them time to break in!
I was skeptical at first but not really they were only 50 bucks for the pair I put them in my caravan in the rear but before I did that I ran them for 20 hours on 100 w sub amp at medium output it was a cheap amp for a DIY Bluetooth project. They became progressively better as time went on they sound great in my caravan much better than stock. I got a regular nightclub going on in my caravan now. They definitely bang for the buck I build loudspeakers as a hobby many high-end drivers I use need to be broken in at half volume for close to 50 hours speakers like , lowther, fotex, seas, aer, focal, wilson.. etc. Should all have a period of break-in before ultimate judgment on performance. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Great as SUBS, at a GREAT Price! But, not full-range, if that's what you're looking for.
I love the overall quality of these speakers I bought as replacement(s) for my single, dual-channel, stock 6x9 sub in my '92 Honda Accord Wagon.Using a pair of angled 6x9 carpeted box enclosures, a pair of Honda wiring harnesses to go from each channel to the respective L/R Magnadyne speakers, and a pair of Magnadyne 6x9 Speaker Covers (Reviewed Separately), and some speaker-wire/connectors/sweat/tears.... I now have a MUCH richer sound coming from the back half 'O my wagon!Keep in mind, these are GREAT as subs, and especially for the price-point... BUT, as 6x9 speakers for full-range audio reproduction, they are not at all recommended for that purpose. If you have a need for 6x9 speakers in your doors, or elsewhere as your primary Front/Rear speakers... get something that are at least 2-way, if not 3-way, Full-range Coaxial speakers. But, again, as rear subs, where most of the bass should be coming from in a vehicle that already has 4 speakers to handle Front/Rear L/R... THESE ARE GRRRREAT!... for the money. ;)

These do not sound good at all. Zero bass.
I put a pair of these in my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with the Factory Infinity sound system. They sound horrible. Virtually zero bass whatsoever. They are made very cheaply. Cheap plastic basket. I was very disappointed.

No space bass
I replaced the rear speakers in my 2002 F-150 extended cab with these, using spacers to adapt from 6x8 to 6x9. There is enough extra space between the factory cutout and backside of the plastic door panel to allow clearance for these speakers in my particular vehicle. My pioneer head unit has an optional crossover setting for subwoofer output on the rear channel. I am feeling pretty clever with this setup, as the bass is impressive with a minimal investment and NO extra space taken up anywhere in my cab. No, they're not as loud and low as a 12" sub or two and they don't look like much when unboxing, but bang for the buck they added a nifty amount of needed bass to my setup.

Nothing to know
Sounds week for its size.

Not great but it does make some bass
The media could not be loaded. The speaker does produce a little bass but it is not capable of the 80 watts rms it was previously advertised at. Anything over about 20w becomes muffled and full of distortion. There is also nothing but a speaker. No gasket, no template, no grill and no wires. I use this for my homemade Bluetooth speaker. If I had it to do over again I would get a 10 in sub.

Basic, simple and works great.
These are OEM quality replacements. I have these paired with my pair 6x9 full range speakers. I was looking for something to fill in the small void of bass and these work great for my garage stereo system.
