Seventh Generation Disinfecting Multi-Surface Wipes, Lemongrass Citrus, 70 Count, Pack of 3 (Packaging May Vary)

I use these wipes for both my home and in a laboratory setting. We rotate three different disinfectants through our lab setting to control microbial and fungal contamination, performing a weekly cleaning with one cleaner per week. The disinfectants we use are these Seventh Gen Disinfecting Wipes, 70% ethanol solution, and 10% bleach solution (again, NOT using these at the same time). I personally have a lot of issues with the fumes from ethanol and bleach, so much so that I do not help clean when we use them in the lab, and in my home I do not hang around when the husband wants to use disinfectants with bleach or bleach alternative in them (although it is fabulous for certain things), and ethanol is not a common household disinfectant, especially at the 70% effective concentration. I am a fan of the smell of these wipes (they smell fresh and clean to me, not chemical-like), my kids and most of my coworkers also like the smell of them, but they do smell strongly and not everyone will appreciate the smell. As with anything, there are people that will find they have sensitivities to certain products, so if you find or already know that you have sensitive skin, wear some gloves- I doubt you will find a similarly effective DISINFECTANT that doesn't also bother you. If you are cleaning a food surface, it won't hurt to rinse with water (like with any other disinfectant), but in my opinion it isn't as necessary with this product as with some of the others. Obviously don't ingest the wipes or liquid (or really go ahead if you would like to go for the Darwin award). If you are worried about the product having an SDS (formerly known as MSDS), relax- everything has an SDS- most people just aren't aware of it (because who knew water also has an SDS?!). The wipes have a lot of "juice" so they give a great kill time on surfaces and one wipe goes a long way. The bottom line is that this is a very effective natural disinfectant that I prefer for my home over some of the harsher chemical disinfectants, so if you want a DISINFECTANT and not just a topical clean (if you don't understand that, google the difference between cleaner, disinfectant, and sanitizer to determine your end goal, and then do your research on what products you will need to alternate to achieve your desired result, as no product will kill everything), this is a great choice!

I love these. We got away from the big name commercial brand as we wanted something cleaner and safer. These fit the bill but I also know that what we’re cleaning will be disinfected. The smell is a bit odd if you’re not used to herbal smells but I like it. It’s very thymy and herbaceous. I keep purchasing them and will not go back to the name brand commercial chemicals.

Hands down the best wipes. We keep one package in each room, one in each car and one in the garage to wipe down shoes and hands when we arrive home. No residue on surfaces, don't damage paint or anything else, and they leave your hands feeling clean without any stickiness! The scent is pleasant and lacks the sharp smell of harsher ones, but leaves everything smelling fresh & clean. Get a box and put one tub everywhere.

At age 65, I've utilized virtually every wipe conceivable. I recently discovered these a couple of months ago, and I must emphasize that they are unparalleled. Although they may be somewhat pricey, they are well worth the investment. I encourage you to purchase these without hesitation. When you dispense one, only a single wipe is released, eliminating excess waste. Moreover, they effectively cut through even the toughest substances, leaving you with a sense of thorough cleanliness, unattainable with chemical-based alternatives that merely spread residue across your countertop. I highly recommend acquiring these today, as they are the superior choice in the market.

After trying numerous wipes - both "natural" and highly chemical, I settled on this for daily use. The smell takes a bit of getting used to, but is not bad and it is thankfully not heavily perfumed with chemical phthalates like most of the other wipes are.A big advantage to these is that they work well on a variety of plastics and metal products, and don;t seem to ever cause any mar to the finish. I have even used them to wipe clothes, after noticing stains or food spilled on them.Like any other wipe, make sure to wash your hands after using them, especially if you are going to touch your eyes. It is not a good feeling to touch your eyes after these! You won't go blind but you will need to wipe your eyes because they will tear up.Some limitations to these are:1) They will not clean really dirty items or stains as good as a Clorox wipe. For example, Seventh Generation wipes are great for wiping a generally clean toilet bowl rim or sink, but if you have stains on anything porcelain, a Clorox Wipe will do a better job.2) Like the Lysol or Clorox or most other wipes, as you get about halfway through the wipes in the cannister, they become very wet. If that is the case, I recommend just wringing the wet wipe out a bit and releasing some of the liquid before using it.Overall, I like these and have these on hand all the time now. I have come to rely on them for daily cleaning. I have even taken 2 at a time and attached them to my Swiffer Sweeper, and have used them as a wet mop. It works o.k., and is cheaper than buying the Swiffer wet mop refills, although the Seventh Generation wipes don't pick up quite as much dust and dirt.

I love these wipes, they don’t have as much chemicals, and they are very clean. They smell amazing too like citrusy smell. The quality of the wipes is great, and this deal is such a value compared to how much I would pay for 1 at Target. It came in sealed nothing wrong with the packaging. It functions as efficient as another brands that has more chemicals. Highly recommend it!

Excellent product. It works well! No leakage like some of the reviews said and 6 for the price is a good value for the money.

The smell is just awful. Smells like burnt tires. Completely misleading saying lemongrass citrus. Not a hint of either. Kind of smells like thyme essential oil mixed with burnt tires. They are moist and they don't leave streaks. Have no idea how well these will work on bacteria and viruses
