I bought two of these, one is working as intended which is good, but other one sometimes fail to light up by own at powercuts, so I need to switch on and off a few times to get it working.

Wastes Power All Day, Dead by Night
Defective product. During the day, even if the switch is off, a power cut makes it turn on and waste battery. Even after power comes back, it keeps working on battery. By evening, the battery is already drained. So when there’s a power cut at night, it doesn’t help at all. Not worth it. I have another bulb from Philips that works well. Also, the bulbs I recieved were old stock made in 2024.
