Only those people who say sleep is overrated are getting plenty of it. This extended release tablet taken about an hour before I hope to fall asleep helps me get there. It’s extended release melatonin (along with some other good stuff) keeps me asleep. I wake refreshed and ready for the day and I hope you get similar results. Its priced well enough that you should give it a try if sleep evades you like it does me.

so i do sleep faster.. But i still wake up by 4 am looking crazy but it does put me to sleep and i deep sleep. its worth the money i would say

I like the product, but all three boxes had an expiration date of September 2024. This is too short a date. I already had a box so that means one box will be expired by the time I need it.

I am an old lady and when I have to get out of bed at night, I often can't get back to sleep. Saw these tablets and decided to give them a try and WA-LA...they WORK!!! I am so happy to get a good night's sleep.

I tried this product some time ago and it was the first of it's kind that has worked for me. If taken correctly, I fall asleep quickly even with my neuropathy in my feet that drives me crazy. I had trouble finding this product where I normally shop, so I started receiving it from Amazon on a monthly basis. This way I didn't run out and now my husband takes it too. I highly recommend it!

Still woke up throughout the night and and was so groggy the next day for most of the day i could not function at all. Threw the rest of the package. Waste of money. I would have rated zero stars but 1 is the lowest.

Has Gaba added to relax the mind. Melatonin helps you to drift off to sleep.Well worth the price. Does not contain additives such as Velarian root. I buy a box every month.
