It did not work on the AT & T Network, proceed with caution.
Greetings A12 users. This is a basic phone that meets the needs of my teenager at home. I was alarmed to open the package and find a typed insert reporting that this phone would not work on the AT & T Network. There was no warning in the website description, so it was looking like a bait and switch.However, we went ahead and tried it anyway and it did work after inserting the SIM card and restarting the phone. We've been using the phone a few days already without further incident. The condition of the phone was very good, and everything functions as it should. This ended up being a great value to replace an A12 phone that was developing issues. (Specifically, the on/off button failing)Update: The phone quit working after two days and now has to be returned. Make your purchase somewhere else! This was a 4G phone not compatible with the modern networks.

Claim to to be new but looked used.
The phone look like it had already been used it had scratches on the screen and was very dirty. There was sticky stuff on the back of the phone and the phone didn't come with a charger.

Could not log into phone as it was reset and needed a pin to log in.
Wouldn't go here. The phone needed the orginal pin to log in which I didnt have. Also came with UK charger. Waste of my time. will return.
