Q: What is the weight limit on this stool?

I have had at least 6 of these stools over the past 15 years or so. I use them as a seat when playing keyboards at gigs and jams. I have to replace them because of being lost or drifting away, plus I lost two in a house fire. In all that time, only one of them collapsed, when a friend was playing my keyboards at a jam. He was having such a good time he didn't even notice, which I frankly don't understand but he was surprised when I pointed it out. I think he may have been a bit rowdy. ;-) I weigh 180 lbs, and both sit and lean on the stool as I play, standing for some parts, sitting for others, shifting around quite a bit, and also lifting it and sliding to play higher or lower parts on the keyboard. I'm not gentle, and don't have to be. But I would be gentle if I weighed 300 lbs (the rated amount.)

Q: I received the stool and am very happy with it. unfortunately i haven't been able to fold it back up. how do i do this?

Look for the little 'o' ring on a pin underneath the seat. Gently pull the 'o' ring and it will fold.

Q: Does anyone know f this company makes a 29" or 30" model? I like it, but need to be a bit higher. Thanks.

We don't sell that product in 30", but here is a 30" stool we do sell- B001P5VVUC.

Q: How much does it measure when folded

When folded flat about 3 inch depth. Tall is 24 inches plus half the seat appx 30 - 32" high. Love mine.
