It’s cute
Got this for my girlfriend and she says it’s perfect for her for a travel set and that it’s small but it’s supposed to be like that

Terribly cheap quality, buyer beware!!
I have purchased several very similar teapots/tea sets over the years, and this one is easily the worst quality I’ve ever encountered. The price is very reasonable for a reason, and that is because the materials are far inferior to similar items at higher prices.I ordered two sets, and in both of them the bamboo trays were of the most dismal quality I have ever seen - unsanded, deep planing grooves and circles on the surfaces, and so many splinters sticking out on the edges that I got a few in my fingers every time I picked them up. I initially thought the teapot was cute, so I spent hours sanding and oiling the trays to a more acceptable quality (although they still react badly to, you know, TEA getting on them, so I have to cover them with a towel when using them). All of the other accessories were very poor quality too, including the case, tongs, and towels, which were far coarser and more poorly sewn than the others I own. I used the teapot for a few weeks and enjoyed it, but then I recently noticed that the glaze on the interior had already started to crack, and little pieces of it were beginning to chip off (and I assume getting swallowed along with the tea). At that point I gave up and stopped using them.I suppose you get what you pay for, but this tea set is not only cheap, I believe it’s downright dangerous. It should definitely NOT be gifted to anyone, especially a child, who could easily hurt him/herself on the splintery trays or cracking glaze. I would have returned them immediately had I not wanted the teapot, but even that was a great disappointment in the end. I cannot recommend this item at all, and actively encourage you NOT to buy it.

Great color, weight, and gift.
Love this kit. Well packaged, great color and weight. By weight I mean it is not to thin, it is heavy enough a tip over is less like with a brush of your sleeve, let's say. I still use an over the cup filter for finer teas to try to keep the smaller pieces from ending up in the cup. Would make a great gift for someone, and a definite starter kit for the new tea drinker to build upon.

Very tiny
I bought this so that I could have tea on a picnic with my husband. It is so tiny though, that I really do need to just send it back. It looks sturdy. It is giftable. It is cute. And by cute I mean tiny. I think it would be great for kids to take on a picnic.
