It’s not less expensive here then what I would find it at my local nutrition store but it does save me the trip. I had free shipping so it took its time but not to long for me to complain. Product works great for daily use I know some people use it for Diet others for constipation and as for my self I’ve been using it for a few years it works to keep my digestion on track once u use it daily you will stop having cramps and have an easy flow

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with this company and this product has yet to disappoint. I felt like I was needing some extra “power” to cleanse out side of the normal fiber I take. Definitely has me going to the bathroom and I feel cleansed afterwards. I will say when it’s time to “go” I head to the bathroom but not in a “pull over on the side of the road immediately and go” type of feeling lol if this makes sense. I’ll definitely keep this product around for cleansing purposes.

I am not Jean, but her husband Jay. I had chronic constipation for decades but Fiber Plus and Daily Fiber Formula have completely solved my problem. I recommend you buy them both. Use Fiber Plus if things begin to slow down and Daily Fiber Formula to keep things moving along in the good times. You can also mix them together to get things balanced perfectly for your individual system. Here is how I take them. Every morning first thing, I take a 12 oz bottle of spring water and drink about 1/3 of it. Then I take a funnel and put a heaping teaspoon of the fiber into the bottle. Leave the funnel in and squeeze some fresh lime juice in; then add about 2 oz of pomegranate juice. Remove the funnel, replace the bottle cap. shake it up real well and drink it down immediately before the fiber can settle. Good luck and good heath to you.

Great product, I had gotten it a few times and they came perfectly fine. Was disappointed when a month had passed this time and it was nowhere to be found. Contacted the seller, yet it has now been 2 months even though i requested a replacement.

I have been using this product as part of an ultra-low calorie diet. It is simply awful to drink. I have a friend who mixes it with orange juice, but I usually just do water. Once I mixed it with cold tea--that helped some.HOWEVER, on the days I don't use this, I can really tell a difference in how I feel. And once-daily in the mid-morning seems to be the right amount and timing. I usually skip on the weekends.So, basically, it's worth choking this down for 2 minutes each day.I suggest using a 12-oz canning jar to take Yerba Prima. Measure in the powder, and fill it with water. Then shake. The powder quickly becomes un-suspended from the water, so this will allow you to re-agitate it as needed between gulps so you don't end up with a yucky lump at the end.

Was turned on to this product by a friend if I will make one recommendation I mix it with apple juice or apple cider, also when do you use it if you put too much in you want to make sure you're near a bathroom when it hit the next day. All in all a product and good buy
