The first 1-2 nights, it was the best pillow I'd ever used, and that is saying a lot, as I've had trouble sleeping for decades, and have searched for pillows just as long. However, by the 3rd night, I noticed it was not as full as it was the first night. I assumed the natural buckwheat hulls either settle or (more likely) some just get crushed from use. I reached out to the seller, and eventually got some more hulls to re-top off my pillow with (I like it pretty full and firm, as I'm a side sleeper).There was a minor issue with the seller when I reached out, initially handing off the work to someone else on their team to send me the hulls, but that person forgot. But when I reached out weeks later, the seller apologized and they sent the hulls directly themselves (which took 10 days). So other than the 5 weeks in total awaiting more hulls to re-top off my pillow, the rest of the experience with the seller was great. It would be nice if the seller sent about a quart bag of extra hulls with the product when purchased, as it seems only normal that the hulls would crush down a certain amount when used.Now the pillow is full again, and I've had a few more nights on it, and it is back to being the BEST PILLOW EVER (at least for me, everyone's pillow preferences are different). Only wish I'd found it sooner!!

This is a magic little pillow. I can take as much out as needed to fit my neck perfectly. Comes with a washable case and is just the best product ever to support my neck. No more Chiropractor visits thanks to this pillow.

I have tried several types of neck support pillows with different types of filling, even one from my chiropractor. This is by far the best neck support pillow I have ever had. I can sleep through the night without neck or shoulder pain and this does not overheat the way some pillows can. I can’t sleep without it and I even bought a second one for our travel trailer. I’ve had mine since 2023 and it is still like new. I adjusted the amount of buckwheat hulls for my personal comfort. I was even able to find satin pillow covers on Amazon that fit perfect. Definitely worth the money.

Not sure why it has taken me so long to find this pillow! Easy to travel with, great for my neck, & reasonably priced! I love this pillow & will buy one for my RV!

I do like the feel of the neck roll. Unfortunately, I am completely unable to make the pillow case that was included fit on, which means the neck roll is exposed to wear & tear, including my 18 month old unzipping and releasing all the buckwheat. I sent an inquiry about sending a new pillow case on Lofe’s website, so hopefully they will get back to me about it.

The LOFE Buckwheat Pillow - Adjustable has been a wonderful addition to my pillow collection! I love its size and shape, which make it perfect as an extra pillow for those nights when no other pillow seems to feel quite right. The adjustable feature is fantastic—I removed some of the filling to better suit my small stature and neck size, making it perfectly customized for my needs. The cover is soft and washes well.I’ve found it especially helpful on nights when my neck is hurting. I place it under my neck and let my head rest gently on the bed, which provides a nice stretch to the front of my neck. This positioning helps reset overstretched neck and shoulder muscles, offering much-needed relief. The firmness of the buckwheat filling gives just the right amount of support without feeling too rigid.If you’re looking for a versatile, customizable pillow that’s great for both sleeping and therapeutic support, this is an excellent choice. It’s quickly become one of my favorites!My Blue Headed Macaw is helping with the fill. The fabric is tough and soft.

I love taking this with me on trips. It gives me proper support and it’s great quality. I do recommend double pillow case though. I personally like it more compact so I like encasing it in an extra pillow case to prevent the buckwheat from shifting.
