This flag pole holder is really awesome. It fit perfectly on my 2020 JL Wrangler. I did have to get help from a friend at an auto body shop to install it as the T50 was too small and the original bolts were still under the paint coating.It held up nicely for the summer use, is sturdy and solid. Overall a good buy and alternative flag pole holder vs. using the hitch. Super glad I purchased it!

Does not fit 2016 jeep jk

Got this so i can put a CB in the Jeep JL and also have a place to mount a pole for the safety flag when off-roading that many places require you to have. Nice sturdy pipe, comes with all the bolts to build the brackets to hold it except for the important ones, the ones to mount to you Jeep! The factory hinge bolts are to short, the two sets that came with the holder both say JK on them and neither fit the JL hinge holes. Pretty sure I’ll need to make a run to the hardware store to get what’s needed.Update: I is not smrt. There is bolts for the JL, I just wasn’t paying attention to what ones I grabbed and thought I tried both sets. 🧐. The flag post is literally for a flag pole, like the kind you see on a house so I had to build a mount for what I needed. Still not to bad.Update 2: About 6mo in and it’s still there working as it should. The black color has changed to (what I think) an awesome Bronze color. Still not a bad thing.

I love the location where you put the pole on this. And it seems to be a good bracket. Glad I bought this over the other ones.

It won't mount to my Jeep stock tailgate. My tailgate is a U channel with a plastic beauty cover. It will need some kind of spacer to make it work.It also will not fit my door mounts either(as advertised). It's to short to reach each bolt on the door

It didn't come with instructions, but after a minute I figured it out. In the photos it looked like it was mounted to the hinge of the rear door, but it wouldn't have fitted a flag pole if I'd done that. However, once I found the right spot, added some threadlocker and tightened it down, it was very sturdy.One note, this kit comes with an allen wrench that only fits the small bolts. It is also a somewhat soft metal, so I recommend using a higher quality tool to install this mount.
