I bought this for my girlfriend to help her with her postmenopausal symptoms hot flashes Etc. This seems to work for her. Maybe I should have let her write this review. LOL

Great quality closures- effective, taste like nothing, and easy to swallow. I would recommend if you need black cohosh!
