I have a lot of DIY tools that need dust extraction ranging from a table mounted router, tablesaw, sliding mitre saw, panel saw, random orbital sander, electric hand planer and so on.The first thing you learn when you buy one of these is that it's not enough. The way it is designed means you have to cut it carefully with a stanley knife to fit whichever tool you want to work with. Unless all your tools have the same size end to attach to and you don't mind moving it about (they are difficult to get off once properly fitted), you are going to need more than one and they work out a lot cheaper.These would also be good for retrofitting hoover extension tubes and attachments for different makes/models .I've learned these things the hard way and now I have five, that should keep me going for a bit and if/when I need more, I will be back.These are well built and I expect them to last. They came in hassle free packaging, which is always appreciated.Top quality and good price, well recommended.

Used to attach shop vac to various tools. Very easy to cut to the various sizes with a stanley knife, works better on some tools than others. They are not perfect and every tool I've used them with so far, circular saw/sander/mitre saw etc I've had varying degrees of success but it helps and if you can end a day not ankle deep in sawdust then I consider that a positive.

I bought this to connect my sander to my vacuum, and while it works once fitted, it was a real pain to cut to the right size. The material is super stiff and messy to work with, so getting a clean, accurate cut takes some effort. That said, once you manage to trim it down properly, it fits well and does the job. Good price overall, but expect some frustration getting it set up.

Soft rubber so easy to cut and adapt. I did use one between a Makita sander and a Nilfisk vacuum. Worked well. Not sure about the floor vacuum tubes. Seemed to leak some air or just not suck that very well.
