These are good pumpkin seeds, Non GMO, USDA Organic, however I didn’t realize the Country of Origin is China. I live in the USA and next time I will buy pumpkin seeds grown in the USA to help support farmers in the USA.

These raw pumpkin seeds have great taste that I mix in salads and yogurt for added protein and flavour. This product is non GMO and organic. The cost is ridiculously cheap.

The media could not be loaded. We buy these regularly and always have a bag in the house. Great quality product, smells normal, tastes like normal pumpkin seeds. The bag seals well. Green color looks normal, texture also tastes normal.Not sure how nutritious it actually is but we do eat it for nutrition purposes. It goes with many foods, particularly breakfast foods. We put it in oatmeal, use it to top every other breakfast food (or even dessert like ice cream so it adds a crunchiness and feels less sugary and more healthy), and once baked it with maple syrup and chili powder as a salad topping and it was really delicious.
