Worked well.
I got this pump for when I did my transmission gear oil change on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Eco 1.6T turbo sedan. The pump was easy to use, and it worked very well out-of-the-box causing no frustrations or exhibiting any issues. I like that the pump uses quick-connect technology, and I appreciate the included tubing that should last at least two transmission gear oil changes.5 stars.

Easy use
Push one hose in one side and another on the opposite end. Then stick the hoses in what you want to drain and start pumping. This worked incredibly easy and has good suction for items such as a lawnmower or like item.

Good and bads read full review for details
Update. After I used it to drain gas out of tank it's worthless!!!, I even cleaned it out with water until it had no gas smell nor taste. And still when I went to use it yesterday it fell apart. Yes fell apart and won't work at all. So lesson here DO NOT USE WITH GAS even cleaning won't help.I needed to empty tank 2 so I can replace fuel pump. So I bought this little cheap pump. It works pretty good. Didn't take alot of time to pump out my tank. Really easy to understand how to use. Really nice with the quick release locks on hoses. Only thing I kinda had any trouble with, was getting the fluid to automatically keep flowing through the pump. It would flow on its own for bout 10 secs and start majorly slowing down. I would have to pump few times more and repeat. I finally just hurried it all up and just pumped the entire time and quickly got job done.Point being in my opinion, if ur looking for a less manual way of pumping fluids? Then you might wanna pay little extra money for an auto pump or a better one than thus pump.If you don't care to use little elbow power and have few extra mins to save that hard earned money, then this is a good pump for 20$ that works great for what it is. I like it and will get a little use out of in the future. It will become one of those tools you forget about until u need it, then your very grateful you now have it.I have NOT been paid for this review nor any other review so far. (I wish I would though). This is, as always, just and only my opinion thought my own eyes and felt with my own hands. I take reviews serious, as I rely on them to make my decisions before any and all my purchases. So if you have found my review helpful please vote and let the other Amazonian Browsers get a better judgment of what to expect and how the product works. Thank you for your time and happy buying.

Works fine
Used this to take out water from inside of kayak that got partially submerged and then filled with water. Kayak was to heavy to flip to get the water out of the drain hole. Took many, many, many pumps because I couldn't get the pump lower than the water level in the kayak to allow gravity to pull the water out, but it did work.

Ok basic siphon pump
Included with the pump are the instructions, two clear tubes for liquids, one black tube for air pumping, and various attachments for blowing up balls, balloons, etc. The clear tubes are long enough for my needs, the black air tube is a bit short though. Not a huge deal for me as this pump is primarily being used as a gas siphon for my purposes. After buying a generator that is too large to turn on its side and drain, I decided to get a siphon pump, since you are not supposed to let the fuel sit in the generator for a long period of time, especially when a generator is only going to be used in emergencies. The quality of the pump is ok, but not great in terms of quality, as it is made of hard plastic, but that is expected considering the cost at under 10 bucks. My biggest concern is how long this will hold up with gasoline running through its plastic parts. I do suggest that if you are pumping something other than water through this that you clean it out with water afterwards.Even though it is a basic one, the pump seems to pump and siphon fairly well though. As others have said, there are bends in the tubing mainly due to how it is packaged, but I straightened them out with my hands and it worked fine. If you have any issues with more severe kinks in the tubing, I suggest putting the tubing in warm water to soften it up enough to help straighten it out.One thing I do wish it had was a clip of some kind to keep the hose in place in the tank or whatever you are siphoning out. It makes it a bit of a pain to hold in place while siphoning. Not sure why clips were not included.I didn’t have any leaks as the pump locks the tubing in place and take a press of the ring lock at each end to get the tubes out. As long as you push the tubing in far enough, it should lock in place and not leak. If it does leak, make sure you have it inserted far enough. If it still leaks, then you have a bad pump. Since this is not a heavy-duty pump, I also suggest not yanking the pump handle too hard as it will mostly likely break over time.If you need a pump for daily use, I would suggest a higher quality one made of sturdier materials than this one as this plastic pump is not made for frequent use and I don’t see it holding up in that regard, but if you are like me, and only need a pump once in a while for your lawn tools, such as a mower, or generator, or something that needs end of season storage, then this will work.3 stars
