My suit jacket was too snug (by 2 inches) to be closed. Wearing this item, it closed with room to spare. Comfy to wear, although you will feel a bit of the compression. Spanx for men!

Fair warning, you might get stuck trying to put this on. If you measured yourself right, this should be a struggle to put on.After a nearly dislocated shoulder and one mild panic attack later, it’s on and it feels amazing. Recent surgery has me in compression for some time. These shirts are a fraction of the cost as other high end brand while having a very similar material blend of mostly nylon.I feel the extra seams above and below the midsection are useless. I don’t think the stomach area material has any further compression than the rest of the shirt. Had these not had the seams, I could have ordered these for recovery versus the 4x as expensive alternative for recovery. Missed opportunity there but I’d still buy more.

Just too expensive for me to be able to rotate several for laundering. Hard to put on.

I have no problem putting this shirt on over my head. The compression is pretty heavy but it does not become a problem no matter how many hours you wear it in a day. The shirt dries quickly on you if you sweat. The shirt works great for the chest and the midsection. My self confidence is through the roof when I wear this shirt because I look the way I want to look in the mirror. Able to wear tighter fitting shirts. This brand name produces quality shirts and they stand behind them 100 percent. I do recommend this shirt to anyone out there who wants to change the shape of their upper body and look good in clothes.

This thing is like a compression stocking on steroids! I'm not a heavy person... but nearly 50, I've lost some "tone." I bought this shirt to improve my shape when I want to look my best. However, it is incredibly tight... I needed my wife to help me get it on and off. I may could use a size up, but even then I can't see it being comfortable. I guess I'm not vain enough to wear this thing... it's like a corset for men. Yes, it pulled in my flab... but I couldn't wear it for any length of time. And, if you are getting it to impress the ladies... you better hope they won't mind helping you take it off!

I bought this for my husband. He has been on a weight loss journey and has been very successful. Fifty plus pounds down but of course with that comes excess fat. I thought this was an excellent alternative for it all to be "sucked in". The quality is excellent. Seems to be made well and has the extra elastic in the places in needs. My husband is now an XL in clothes. I bought this product at this size but when trying it on, he had a lot of difficulty getting it over his head and through his arms. It took myself and my daughter to get it onto him with struggle. Once he had it on, it was so tight that he had a hard time breathing and the shirt was pressing into his unarms. All men have different shapes for XL so this may be good for someone that isn't big in the waistline. All in all, I think if I order an XXL, it'll work great!! Looking forward to getting it and seeing how it fits!

When you order, be careful of size. I am a medium. 6' and 150 lbs. I sent the first pair back - couldn't get into the,. Ordered an extra large and they fit snugly.

Really does help compress that extra belly to make clothes fit better! I wear a 3xl and got a 3xl and it fits perfectly. Tight to where it flattens out the extra belly but not too tight to where it is uncomfortable
