I just bought the Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations for everyday juice supplement.The powder has a very nice and smooth texture, which blends easily and does not clump.And I will say it is a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their health.What is important is this is organic.

We bought this to add to rhubarb to make strawberry-rhubarb jam and fruit leathers. It tastes like strawberry.

I have bought this product several times and will continue to buy it in the future. This is the best tasting strawberry powder I have had, and it is the only organic strawberry powder that lists the country of origin as something other than China or unknown. I've tried numerous brands that I could find which are not coming from China, this one is the best of them all. Flavor, bright red color (no oxidation), and you get a lot of it. I just got my 3rd or so bag of it and was worried it said it was manufactured 2 years ago...but it is still super fresh and perfect tasting. I'm sad that this company is in Ukraine, their brand name literally means "non-violent living," I hope they are all ok and far from the areas affected by the war.

This product was pricey for the amount I received. But if it worked well, I would be satisfied. It didn’t. I used it to flavor pizzelles, an Italian cookie. The flavor was berry like but not strawberry, even though I increased the amount used after tasting the initial batch. I will be trying on other uses so as not to waste this.

I've tried several different brands of strawberry powder, and they've all been good. But this one is my favorite. For me, good strawberries should be sweet but with a little tartness for balance. The other strawberry powders skew more towards just sweet. This one has that nice tartness along with the sweet, and the flavor is excellent.The powder is nice and fine.This product is a little more expensive than the brand I was buying, but I like it enough to be willing to pay more. It's a superior flavor for me.

Used this to make strawberry cream cheese frosting. It came out AMAZING!!
