All my pillar candle dried with cracks and waisted.Such a waist of money.

I have been using this was for around 2 months now and my wax melts have been amazing! I’ve just had 2 separate batches arrive this week 1kg & 4kg and this is happening to all of my melts.. it’s never happened before!!! The wax also appears different, smaller pellets and very sticky!! I am so upset with what’s happened I am now out of pocket from the wax and from my fragrance oils. I am sending the wax back for a refund.

I have bought two bags of 1kg of this wax and found it to be one of the best waxes for my melts but after not being able to buy another 1kg or 2kg i bought this 4kg and urgh! after 4-5 hours the wax is still too soft and ive ruined so many melts thinking theyre set as it pulls away from the top of the mould easily but when its fully out theres chunks of wax still stuck inside the mould. Not sure whats happening as im doing the same thing as before. Very frustrating. I liked the wax i had before of the same style pellets and brand but not this bag i got.

Worst wax ever. Despite being melted/poured at the correct temperature it piled on setting and rendered my products unsaleable. I've been making soy wax products for years and never had this issue. Will never purchase again!!! Utter waste of time, dye and money.

DO NOT BUY THIS WAXWHAT A WASTE OF MONEYThis wax should not be for sale it cannot possibley be safe. The photos other people have posted are shocking so similar to mine I only wish I took more photos of my own before just getting rid of them. Luckily none of it made it out to my customers. I've lost out so much money though, from the wax itself, to fragrance oil, colourents and moulds which it has completely destroyed. Definite refund wanted. I've got a second bag sat unopened too. Do I test it and see or do I just send it back too.

I have bought this wax a couple times and it’s always been great, however the bag I received yesterday was all crumbly and not like the wax normally is. I used the wax and it’s made all my candles and wax melts snap in half and left a powdery and sticky feeling on them! A waste of wax, a waste of money and a waste of my time!
