Better than expected budget kit
The frame is sturdy and can be used for many different setups. The lights are just okay. The rechargable batteries are not removable. They come with three sets of diffuser filters. The purple diffusers are for neutralizing green tones in lakes or rivers, the orange diffusers are for neutralizing blue tones in the ocean, and the frosted white diffusers are more general purpose. Now for the bad, the clips for the lights do not feel sturdy at all. I ended using super glue to keep them in place. I would not trust the default setup. Alternatively you could buy additional GoPro mounts to use the included GoPro clips to secure the lights. I also added a lanyard.Overall, this is good value as a budget setup with relatively low powered compared to spending three to four times as much for 2-3x brighter lights and a more ergonomic grip.

Inexpensive and works
My wife and I love to dive, and my wife likes to take pictures. Diving itself is already a super expensive hobby, so I was very reluctant to make it even more expensive by adding high end photography equipment. We decided to give this little rig a try along with basically one of the cheapest waterproof action cameras we could get from Amazon. We have both been amazed with the results. I am absolutely certain that someone with a huge dive camera rig could get better pictures than us, but we are not trying to become photographers. We are just divers trying to capture some memories and share them with fiends. If that is what you are trying to do, this rig and any old GoPro or knockoff waterproof action camera will get the job done.Another commenter correctly noted that these lights do not stay attached to the handle well. I have not found a way to fix that issue with the cold shoe connectors, so I just run zip ties through the handle and the light bases, and that keeps them on. It is a problem, but it has a $4 for 200 pack solution, so that's not a deal breaker to me.

A GREAT LITTLE RIG, BUT...
This compact little package is just right for a non professional underwater videographer. However, as previous reviews stated, which I did not pay close attention to, there are two weaknesses. After 7 days diving in Belize, I captured some really good video. But, the lights are not all that bright at depth. Even in clear water, they will only illuminate objects within 3 or less feet. The real annoyance is the thumbwheels that attach the lights to the shoe. Since they are plastic, it is hard to get them tight enough by hand. They often loosen during the dive, so you have to monitor them, or risk losing a light. I decided to go with the Home Improvement method, and used pliers to tighten them. That worked well for a few days, until the plastic thumbwheel cracked, because it's plastic. Then it did not tighten at all. So like some other people, I ended up doubly securing it with a zip tie. I would be willing to pay an added $5-10 for aluminum or stainless thumbwheel assemblies, which would be a vast improvement over the plastic. Other than that, I like it very much. May add some photos or video later.

Great budget rig for larger action cameras with starter LED lights
This rig worked great for my Insta360 X2 with dive case. I did replace the quick lock LED attachments based on prior reviews with another product as the ones that come with it don’t hold as securely as I would like. The lights worked well for a mid day dive with 6-10 ft of visibility. No rust on the frame or any of the screws so far. I never felt the camera mount wobble or get loose. I think for folks with the Insta360 X2 and R One with the vertical dive cases will appreciate that there is enough clearance for the case. There are a few 1/4”-20 threaded mounting points around the camera. The yellow plastic over molding is grippy and securely attach to the rig with no sliding when in use.The LEDs gave me about 2-4 ft from the object worked well and roughly inline with my camera focus point. It will be interesting to use on a night dive.A great starting underwater camera rig for a beginner.

Worked great for about 50 dives, but then flooded
The bar works really well, sturdy easy to hang onto. Really appreciate the rubber grips on the sides. The lights worked well initially but after about 50 dives or so in the Caribbean sea, they flooded and no longer worked.

Lights are completely secure
The media could not be loaded. To be 100% clear, I've not gotten to take it for a dive yet. If I have mishap on one of my upcoming dives, I will certainly come back and update.Perhaps they have updated the design from all of the reviews of lights falling off...idk. What I can say is the version I got, when properly installed, would be next to impossible to lose a light. The cold shoe has a bolt on one end to keep the light from sliding out that way and then there is a metal plate that clamps down with a lip on one side that will prevent it from sliding out the other way unless the thumb screw is WAY lose. Hopefully my video makes it pretty clear how to properly mount the light. To be correct, the end of the metal plate (on the light mount itself) that has the bent lip should go onto the shoe overlapping the same end as where the stop screw in the shoe is if that makes sense.

Good frame, everything else is trash
Overall, this product is a turd.-The lights aren't strong enough, so you'll need to replace them with something more powerful.-The mechanism that holds the lights are absolute trash and will fail. The plastic is weak and breaks easily, making the light fall off. If it doesn't break, it works itself loose and the light falls off. Tldr; the light falls off.-The frame itself is a good starter base. It's large enough that you have room to press the buttons on your camera. It's aluminum, so sturdy enough to attach to safely.-If you want a work around to the sketchy holder parts, use zip ties. Those will ensure the lights and camera don't fall off; they're cheap and probably already in a random drawer in your garage.

Worth the price
So far great quality from what I can tell. Bought this for my trip to Aruba as a plan to scuba dive with my go. I will be trying out very shortly and can provide an update shortly, but from what I can tell so far it seems great. Lights are very bright in the yard I will see soon in the water. From what I saw great bundle deal.
