A very well build lens, metal, feel solid and with a very good IQ.

If I could return it now I would, I waited to much to try it out.

This isn't an f2 lens. If you open all the way up to f2 you're going to be wondering if you missed focus because of how soft it is at that aperature. It's really more of an f2.8 or 3.5 ... Just an fyi I don't like this lens and I own it.

A great lens for street photography

He pasado por casi todos los 35 mm para sony (samyang 35 2,8, sony 35 1,8, sigma 35 1,4, sigma 35 1,2), y al final creo que me planto con este, cada uno tiene sus ventajas e inconvenientes, el mejor que he tenido los ultimos dos años ha sido el sigma 1,2, pero al ser tan grande y pesado, lo sacaba poco. La calidad de este F 2 es espectacular al nivel del 1,2, si no contamos con la luminosidad y el bokeh. El diseño es precioso, muy manejable y con sensacion de calidad entre las manos, el AF rápido y preciso, lo de las tapas magnéticas tambien es un acierto.

Lente cristallina. Una "finestra" sulla realtà che andrete a fotografare.Incredibilmente nitida, genera foto bellissime con carattere neutro. Interamente in metallo, anche il paraluce... appannaggio di ottiche ben più costose!SIGMA ormai una garanzia con questa nuova linea Contemporary, aspetto solo di provare le altre ottiche!!!

En monture E il y a beaucoup de 35mm différents, qui peuvent même paraitre plus intéressants que ce f/2 Contemporary. Il y a par exemple le f/1.4 Art de la même marque, à peine plus cher, ou le f/1.8 de Samyang, presque moitié moins cher et bien plus léger. Le 35mm f/2 Contemporary se démarque surtout par son design et sa construction tout métal, sa bague de diaphragme (malheureusement non déclicable) et son bouchon magnétique.Personnellement, j'aime beaucoup son look un peu "vintage", mais sa qualité optique, bien que bonne, n'est pas parmi les meilleures et je peux imaginer que la version f/1.4 ou le Samyang soit plus petinents pour beaucoup de gens.

L'obiettivo è solido e molto bello esteticamente, la nitidezza a tutta apertura è davvero notevole, l'autofocus veloce e preciso, forse un po' caro considerando che è solo F/2, ma sono soldi che spendo volentieri per la compattezza rispetto a obiettivi più luminosi.
