I had read that in order to produce a good crema you need an espresso roast that uses some Robusta with Arabica beans. Plus I wanted Organic coffee. With these two factors we decided to try this one. We have been drinking this for a week now and absolutely love it! We use our Rancilio grinder set at 0 to make espresso with our la Pavoni machine. It's perfect! Nice and smooth as a shot of espresso or as an Americano. Beautiful crema.
