Can it be applied to the door rather than the door jamb?

I doubt it would work on the door itself because the sticky side is not strong enough to withstand that much movement. It is excellent for use on the jamb, since every time the door shuts it reinforces the bond, but it could not withstand much friction

Has anyone used this product around a metal door of an outdoor above ground concert storm shelter?

nope but the material seems strong for that purpose, i've used it for storm proofing old windows and doors... it is however quite thick at least he one I got, maybe half an inch, the door that uses this has to have a significant gap for it to close after you put this.

Does this work on the inside door of a honda civic 2009

It has worked great on my house doors bad spots. The glue is super strength. I just cut out the bad spots and replaced with s piece of this strip Still have a lot left over

Do you install this on the outside or inside the door frame?

I installed it on the edge of one of the doors. My front entrance is double doors and there Was a significant air gap. This specific product didn’t work because of the size of the gap between the two doors. I really like the weather stripping and will use the remainder elsewhere.
