Q: What are the ingredients? Is this gluten free?

Not sure, but if you have celiacs disease, you can't touch gluten, it can cause skin issues. Take your ignorant answers out of here!

Q: I made some earrings and baked them for the recommended time but they came out soft. Baked them again for the same time and nothing. Any idea why?

I had that happen when the clay was too thick. You might of needed to cook it a little longer.

Q: Can this be used in fish tanks?

I’m not sure If it would be safe for fish tanks, it does harden but may put out toxins.

Q: Once baked does clay hold shape/color if used outdoors or in a garden?

I never got that far with the clay I received. But yes, it's supposed to remain hard once baked. Some of the bricks were too hard to work with so I returned it and the replacement was even worse. That went back too.
