I’ve been taking the maxi one without iron for a couple of years now and love that just one a day covers all my vitamin and mineral needs. Plus, the adaptogens and other supports are a great bonus. They’re also easy on my stomach.

I already knew the product I have been taking it but paying more for it from a mom and pop health food store I like the fact that it was less expensive and I got it within a couple of days

BlueBonnet is a brand that I love. Have been using it for years off an on. The first thing I tell everyone is that Each and Everyone's bodies have different needs, reactions and results. My personal results are as follows:I have been taking them Not everyday for the past month. My body does not like extra chemicals and bad processed ingredients and when I take anything of that nature I tend to become immediately sluggish. This has NOT been the case with these pills. I have kept my daily routines, without any problems or issues. I have not felt any surge of energy either. I can say that any extra set of nutrients/ supplements that I was lacking have been supplied by taking these. I feel my body at synergy and I like that.Supplements take time to do their work naturally and for the body to accept them and start to work together. This Bluebonnet supplement seems to be doing its work and I like it for what it is doing. I hope I have been helpful enough for you.

The Amazon product page says ‘free of yeast’ but the bottle does not. Recently I ordered a package of primary-grown nutritional yeast flakes, mixed a tablespoon with water, and got a full-on allergic reaction. I ate a lot of nutritional yeast when I was younger, but it’s off my list now. Recently I received a bottle of B-complex vitamins capsules that looked and smelled exactly like nutritional yeast. Since then I’ve sorted my supplements and the only ones I take have ‘yeast free’ written on the bottle. Before ordering these I noted that the Amazon product page said this product is yeast free. And I looked for a graphic of the actual package allergen information, but didn’t find one. So I was disappointed to get these multi-vitamins, and find no ‘yeast-free’ designation on the bottle. I feel like I did my due diligence, but please, supplement manufacturers, put all of your allergen claims on the bottle. I like Bluebonnet as a brand, and will continue to use their products, such as their liquid cal/mag that DOES specify yeast-free on the bottle. I won’t be using these Bluebonnet Maxi One Multi Vitamins, because I go by the bottle, not the product page.

This is another excellent choice from Blue Bonnet. I have used their products for years and have never been disappointed. This whole-food based multi is full of everything I look for in a multi, plus more. I like that it has iodine in it, along with several other minerals that I need at my age. This is a really good blend. The only thing I don't like is that it is 2 pills per serving, I prefer to take one since I take a lot of different vitamins every day. This has a decent amount of the basics, zinc, D, Bs, C.... higher dosage than most.

I am a baby when it comes to pills. I mean I’ve gone through major medical procedures like a champ, but still will ask my nurse if my pills can be cut or mixed with jelly. So for me, this pill was a bit too large. However, I wouldn’t call it a “horse pill” by any means, so I think most people would have no problem with it. Still, one pill contains a variety of vitamins, but no iron, so if you aren’t a baby like me this pill would be a great supplement.
