it is 90 degree open not 180 so you cannot use both sides simultaneously. However I love it very practical for burgers and steaks specially if you wish to melt cheese on topcleaning "due to weight and shape" is not easy but worth it for sure

A Disappointment in Quality
The Dessini Aluminum Two-Sided Double Grill Non-stick Pressure Pan 36 cm was an unfortunate purchase. Despite the promising concept of a two-sided grill pan, the product delivered was very unoriginal and of poor quality. The non-stick surface deteriorated quickly, and the overall build felt flimsy. Expectations for a durable and efficient cooking tool were met with disappointment, as the pan failed to perform to standard. This product does not live up to the promises made, and I would caution potential buyers to consider other options. Not recommended.

Good quality. A bit heavy
Quality wize, good. But not as practical as it seems. Also on the heavy side. Used it only once, and since then sits on the back of my cabinet
