These parts got my washing machine back up and washing. High quality parts

Everything fit and aligned, no issues swapping the bad one out with this one. It fixed the grinding screech my machine was making during the wash cycle, which is now working as it should. The price was $15.99. I saved myself a lot of money by not hiring a repairman or buying a new machine. Installation was quick and easy, maybe 15 minutes. The only thing I don’t know yet is durability, so I’m going to give it 4 stars for now, but 6 months to a year, I’ll update to 5 stars if it is still working. That machine runs every day in my house, with several loads a day. Time will tell regarding durability.

The products felt lighter than the original parts but were a perfect match.My washer was not agitating and sounded like a jet was in my laundry room when spin cycle would come on. In hindsight it was probably just the belt but this was cheap enough and only took an extra 10 mins to swap the additional parts.Make sure you run the calibration mode once complete. For mine (WTW5500xw0) i had to turn the wash off, move dial to the left once, right, wait half second, right, right, left, right. The lights should all blink and then move the dial until only "Rinse" is lit up. Then hit start.Will update after I use it a bit.

Had ythe product not been defective i would have rated it wewll for ease of installation and value, but I cannot rateell a defective product well.

I subtracted 1 star because I had to reuse one of the old pieces. The ring that locks everything onto the washer with a twist did not fit properly. I have only done 2 loads so far. I will update if the parts do not last.
