Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Orthopedic Insoles Relieve Flat Feet Heel Pain Shock Absorption Comfortable Insoles

Absolutely wonderful! Tried so many insoles to relieve plantar fasciitis-these are worth every penny. Easily slipped into trainers/ crocs, instant relief and comfort. Even got the deal for pay less for buying 2 pairs… it’s been great to enjoy walking again, one of my very best buys! Great quality and give the support I needed. The perfect shaping of insole just hugs the bits that hurt.

In the summer of 2024, I walked the 192-mile Coast to Coast trail across England. For my left foot only, I used one of these insoles to address a shallow heel arch issue. Although the ‘feeling’ of it was a bit strange to start with, it supported my foot and know longer felt like the shoe was ‘sticking into’ my arch - I think due to the way the insole lifts your foot up and provides cushioning. As mentioned, I walked 192 omiles, over two weeks, on this - that’s about 1/2 a million steps. I went over mountains, rugged terrain, mud, forests and through lots of flood water. They survived just fine and I STILL use it and it STILL provides great support. So impressed that I’ve bought another pair in 2025. Recommended by me.

These do offer good mid foot support and comfort in the heal, watch the size I am size 10 UK and I ordered 10UK these are for a small 10. I highly recommend you do not buy these for wide foot fitting I have the Brooks Ghost 16 running shoes and these insole are not wide or long enough to fit the shoe 1st run left a nasty blister from the insert not fitting the shoe. They fit in my reebok shoes fine but again not a good fit in my skate shoes Etnies or DCs. Also these will not suit flat footers these are for feet high arches. So check the snug fit. Apart from fitting they do add comfort and support to the feet and improve ankle pain.

These work very well. They are comfortable and supportive, providing a cushioning to both the mud arch and heel. For me, they have made a significant difference. And for the economically minded at a reasonable price. Not bad...!

Had these on five minutes and they are hurting my feet. They have some weird hard lump just below the toes which sticks into the bottom of my foot. Not sure what purpose this serves but it isn’t very comfortable. They fit my Vivo barefoots perfectly though, shame about the discomfort

Following advice, I removed the existing trainer insoles before inserting these. The first day felt like walking on a cloud! Despite initial concerns about thickness, they fit perfectly when used correctly.During our trip to Italy, we walked 120k steps without discomfort—an incredible testament to their support and cushioning. They’ve exceeded expectations, and I’ve since bought more. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra arch support 😊
