Great for liver health instead of regular sugar
Pure cane sugar unrefined is far better for your health than the white refined sugar. Cane sugar or juice is great for your liver if you have fatty liver. Use it for ice tea and baking. Improves taste in food . Organic is also good

Great non-GMO natural sugar/sweetener
This is great non-GMO sugar. I don't want monk fruit, allulose, swerve, splenda, or stevia (the list is exhaustive) or anything else that tastes nasty. I use sugar on a limited basis but when I do use it, I want the real stuff. My only issue with this purchase is the price so I removed 1 star for that reason only. You can get this sugar for a much cheaper price at Walmart. However, it can be difficult to actually find it at the Walmart at any given time. This was a very good purchase.
