this product is beautiful and is sure worth the money and it also reminds me of childhood when you needed a ticket to ride carousel

The media could not be loaded. Had this Ferris wheel for about a week now and it seems to work great, it definitely looks good. However, only time will tell with these village pieces if they're worthwhile. I recommend this piece over the others I recently purchased (although the price may give you pause.)

I didn't have the trouble others reported. It started rotating right off. Beautiful. You can play Christmas tunes, year around tunes, a button to advance tunes, change lights. I love, bought two am thinking of getting a third. Make sureyou are buying Mr. Christmas. I bought a Holiday Village I thought was by Gerson and it turned out to be a generic company so not as many features. Also when unpacking they're are two wrap ties to hold the wheel in front but there is also a piece of cardboard wedged in back so i think if you start with that still in it won't be good for the gear.Bur love it. I got the multi colored lights also the songs are good loudness and sound. Merry Christmas or however you display it.

Bought this for Christmas for my autistic grandson. He just sat and watched it Christmas morning forever. So happy. Great product and great service. Would definitely order again.

I got my Mr Christmas World's Fair Grand Ferris Wheel from Amazon Warehouse Deals in 2017 and initially thought it was defective...the wheel didn't spin upon removing it from the very damaged box & setting it up, but I've noticed that whenever I've taken it out of the box, like at Christmas, I need to give the wheel a "nudge" for the gear to presumably click into place and then it's fine (looking at the front of the ferris wheel, I turn the wheel clockwise one click and it starts moving).I later found at the Mr. Christmas website, for the 3-color LED model 79795, they say to "gently push clockwise"...that's if you're looking at it from the front...amazon won't allow a link here so go to the mrchristmas dot com website and search 79795 for the 3-color LED model....if you have the clear LED light model, search 79791....it shows some troubleshooting and "gently push [carousel] counter-clockwise" (I think that's an error & meant for one of their carousels since it should be the same as the 79795 model), but basically, you would gently push the wheel in the direction it usually runs)...there's also a link to the manual that came with your ferris wheel, whichever model you have.UPDATE: I recently noticed the .pdf manual is here on the Amazon listing in the description.I now leave ours in one place on the top shelf inside a large china hutch we got for music boxes, collectibles, etc. and it's been fine ever since. I have this Mr Christmas World's Fair Grand Ferris Wheel & a Mr Christmas Carousel operating on a light switch so they start right up without having to reach behind each one unless I want to change the music or stop the 3-color lights from blinking.

I got this for my Mom. I got her the Mr Chrismas carousel last year which was another grand slam gift. She absolutely loves this ferris wheel. The LED lights are great.The only thing I would like to see Mr Christmas add is a memory card slot to play our own music. The music they include is so so.

Are you kidding me? Pay this much, the item is powered up for a few hours, a few days, during the few weeks of Christmas, and now, no lights. The trouble shooting seems to address movement, sound, but not the lights problem. I'm tired of paying these high prices for pieces that add movement to the village...but don't work after a SHORT amount of use.
