I’m really pleased with this mixer which is easy to use and clean. It is well designed, not too heavy and a quality item . Perhaps not as powerful as a plugged in version, it doesn’t splatter mixture all over the place and the lowest speed allows me to mix together my wet and dry ingredien without over mixing when making muffins. Having said that the higher speeds are perfectly adequate for beating eggs, cream as well as butter and sugar. I’m beginning to appreciate the fact that this mixer is cordless which is far less restrictive. Good value for money as I bought this at a marked down price.

This is a lovely little hand mixer. I had worried that perhaps the cordless design would make this feel quite heavy and clumpy, but it really doesn’t. The lack of cable allows this to be used anywhere, and be used at times when plug sockets are occupied, as well as removing the risk of draping electrical cables near a hob top for some jobs. The mixer comes with two whisk type beaters, a micro USB charging cable, and a mains plug, as well as the instruction manual and a nicely produced little recipe booklet. Everything came wrapped in tissue paper, or padded with card – not a hint of plastic in sight.The mixer has two function buttons on the top: one to switch the power on/off, and one to change the speed. The speed level is indicated via an LED screen which displays the speed selected as a blue number. There is a lighted display at the top of the front panel on the mixer which gives an indication of the remaining charge level – useful as this doesn’t have the option to be used while it is charging, unlike the cordless hand blender I have from this brand which can be used while it is charging (as long as the charge has not completely depleted)This is the second version of this Cuisinart hand mixer I have had. The first was faulty – there was an issue with the housing being slightly misaligned which meant that one of the beaters simply wouldn’t go in, but the replacement is fine, and I am very happy with it. However, apart from cordlessness this is a very basic mixer without extras that come as standard on far cheaper models.

Great kitchen essential (in my opinion). I saw these quite by accident, didn't know I wanted a cordless hand mixer until I saw this on offer.A tad fiddly to fathom out at first, but I'm not one for reading the instructions, you switch it on and press the power level button straight after, within 2 or 3 tries I'd got the hang of it. Easy when you know how.I love that it's flat on the bottom and doesn't tip over like my old corded one used to do. I don't feel they are any heavier than a corded one either. When I've used it, I just plug in the charger so it's ready to go next time I need it. I find power 1 or 2 is easily enough to mix a cake batter.Would definately recommend

Really wanted an electric hand blender but couldn’t be bothered to plug it in every time. This has solved that perfectly. A good reputable brand and the product shows this. It works great and the battery lasts quite a while. There are a few speed settings and it gets quite powerful.

This mixer is great value for the money. I love the ease of use, the fact that it is rechargeable, the robust design, the silent running and overall quality all of which make it a clear winner for me. I appreciate the thought that goes into the design and manufacture of Cuisinart kitchen appliances. This mixer adds to my growing Cuisinart kitchen tool collection. I would not hesitate in recommending this product.

Great concept to have no coard to deal with but this mixer was very poor for a premium brand at a premium price. Seemed to work ok out of the box but when actually under load with a sponge cake mix it wasn't up to the job and actually ran slower on speed 2 than speed 1. Even more annoyingly, it was extremely inconsistent to start mixing. It is not just a simple on/off switch. According to the instructions you have to press and hold a button till the lights come on then select the speed. However this doid not always work and sometimes the spped selector had to be pressed first then the on/ff button held, then the speed selector again but no two start-ups were the same - very frustrating. Sent it back which was a whole new experience because despite this being considered faulty the seller (Dawsons Electrical) would not cover the return postage cost. Amazon agreed to refund on providing a proof of postage which they did promptly but several weeks on I am still waiting for the refund which has to come direct from the seller. AVOID THE PRODUCT and AVOID THE SELLER (Dawsons).
